BATENCORE offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described below.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at contact@batenai.com with your order details.
For annual subscriptions, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. After this period, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion based on unused months remaining.
One-time purchases (such as API credits or marketplace items) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Email contact@batenai.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and order ID. We will respond within 3 business days.
